Your movie will be ready in 3 days after payment is confirmed.

A personalized film of approximately 1, 2 or 3 minutes, depending on your package, your child’s animated likeness and first name, narration, music and a Full HD digital download. Our Nicole sample is 1 minute 15 seconds; choose your preferred length when ordering.

Good is $39 USD (approximately 1 minute), Better is $79 USD (approximately 2 minutes), and Best is $99 USD (approximately 3 minutes). A personalized coloring book costs an additional $14 USD. Optional extras are priced separately, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Use a clear, recent photo with one child, the full face visible, natural light and no heavy filters. JPEG, PNG and WebP are accepted, up to 8 MB. An adult parent or authorised guardian must upload it.

The photo guides a stylized animated character. We work to preserve recognizable features, but an exact photographic match is not promised. A free frame preview helps you see the approach before ordering.

Yes. You can request a personalized still-frame preview without payment details. It is a single image, not the finished film. Availability and usage limits apply. Previews expire after 24 hours.

English (US), Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese. Choose the narration language while personalizing your movie. You can add an additional language for $15.

Yes. Use the optional pronunciation field to tell us how their name sounds, for example “AY-vuh”.

A birthday dedication for $12, a printable movie poster for $9, an additional narration language for $15, or a personalized coloring book for $9.

Six black-and-white scenes starring your child, delivered as a printable PDF with the movie. We prepare it after payment. You print it at home; no physical book is shipped.

No. The film and extras are digital files. Watch the movie on a compatible device and print the poster or coloring pages if you choose those extras.

Customer photos are not used in public examples or marketing without separate permission. Our production services process them to make your preview and film. Read our Privacy Policy for providers, retention and deletion requests.

Please contact the studio promptly with your order reference and requested change. What can be changed depends on the production stage. We will review your request and explain the available options; this does not limit applicable consumer rights.
