All products sold at The Solopreneur Lab are digital downloads (PDFs and digital assets). Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

30-Day "Did Not Download" Guarantee

If, for any reason, you have not yet downloaded the file and you decide within 30 days of purchase that the product is not for you, contact us at hello@cortisolco.com and we will issue a full refund.

Damaged or unusable files

If the file you downloaded is corrupted or unusable, contact us within 14 days of purchase with a description of the issue, and we'll replace the file or issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@cortisolco.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We respond within 1-2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to deny future purchases on this and any associated accounts.
